Dr. Scott R. Barlow is a Pocatello-Chubbuck native and a proud Idaho State University alumnus. He earned his baccalaureate degree from ISU in 2012 and his DNP in Family Practice from ISU in 2019.
Following completion of graduate school at ISU, he was selected to a competitive family practice residency program with the Yakima Valley Farmworkers Clinic health system in Yakima, WA. During residency, he received individualized medical training from a group of six exceptional family physicians and numerous other specialty providers. Dr. Barlow is the region’s only residency-trained nurse practitioner.
Patricia (aka Tricia) Stadler is a board-certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C). She and her family moved to Chubbuck, ID in 2016 after living in Mesa, AZ for 25 years. Is originally from a small town in the northern panhandle of West Virginia. While in Arizona Tricia completed her Nursing degree in 2006, worked on a medical-surgical unit before making her way to a large, high acuity ER. While working as an ER nurse she completed her Bachelors of Science in Nursing and Masters of Science in Nursing with emphasis on FNP. She belongs to Sigma Theta Tau International, an honor society for nursing and is a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), Nurse Practitioners of ldaho, & Intermountain Advance Practice Nurses. Since 2017 Tricia has enjoyed taking care of her patients at both family and urgent care clinics. She is passionate about making sure her patients become their own best advocates of their health and self-care. She is trained in performing the Gainswave (formerly called Femiwave) procedure for females. She ses patients of various ages, helps with women’s health issues, weight management, chronic care, and performs sport’s physicals and wellness exams.
When she’s not at work, she LOVES being with her family, especially her husband!! She loves going on adventures, weekly dates, kayaking, and traveling with her husband! She also enjoys gardening, has a constant thirst for gaining knowledge and learning new skills. She is a collector of hobbies and skills.
My goal is to create a welcoming space where every patient feels heard, supported, and confident in their healthcare. As a Menopause Society Certified Practitioner (MSCP), I specialize in menopause management, hormone optimization, and midlife wellness. I provide personalized, evidence-based care to help women navigate perimenopause and menopause, improve their quality of life, and feel their best.
I also offer aesthetic treatments, including injectables and chemical peels, to address common skin changes associated with aging and hormonal shifts.
In addition to women’s health and menopause care, I have experience in men’s health, including hormone optimization, as well as comprehensive family medicine for patients of all ages.
Born and raised in Idaho, I enjoy hiking, running, skiing, camping, fishing, and exploring the outdoors with my family. We also love to travel and experience new places.

Lyndsay started her career as a medical staffing scheduler in 2002. When Family Medical Clinic of Chubbuck opened in 2014;
Lyndsay started her career as a medical staffing scheduler in 2002. When Family Medical Clinic of Chubbuck opened in 2014; she was still working as the staffing scheduler and added the role of part-time Receptionist. After a few years in reception, she moved to an administrative role in the back office and has now transitioned into the role of office manager at the clinic. Lyndsay loves what she does but misses the daily interaction with patients.

She loves taking care of her patients and loves it when she can take pictures of your bones! Rachel was born and raised in Idaho. She is married to her husband, Scott, and they have 6 children.

Ainsley started the Medical Assisting program during high school and finished her degree at Idaho State University in 2021. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree in Medical Assisting and gained her certification through the American Association of Medical Assistants.
